Firstly, sorry its been sooooo long since I last posted here, having two young children has taken up what little spare time I had away from work!
I'm currently reviewing my options with regards to my media package at home, we have been with Virgin Media now for a long time but I am concerned I am paying above the going rate of what I could be should I move to Sky etc. I'm more than happy with the service I am getting (which has been fault free now for quite a long-time!) BUT thats not to say I want to pay more for it than I have to.

My account is somewhat in a bit of a funny state as around 6 years ago someone in the acc dept changed our DD details (without permission I might add) which caused a backlog of bills to build up. As way of compensating us we were given 6 months free internet and various 'deals' applied, it would seem that some of those deals are still applied whereas some I seem to be now paying for.
Anyway - having just recieved the 'Tivo Promotion' in the post it got me thinking that I should give VM a call again to discuss my options, if any of you super helpful folk could advise me I would be very greatful.
