New Online Bill style Q: XLTV Customer being charged V+ HD Monthly Fee?

Saw this on the latest new style bill, which doesn't break it down by item.

Under Bundle Charges:

Talk Unlimited
T V Size: X L
V+ HD Monthly Fee
Triple Combo Loyalty Discount
Free Voicemail
1 Additional V Box
Broadband XL(30)

£47.50

Why is there a V+ HD Monthly Fee being listed when;
1) I initially paid money upfront to get my V+ to avoid Monthly charges..
2) I am an XLTV customer?

Colour me confused with this new bill...my service charges seem to be creeping up and up and now there is no way to price check what you are paying for?

Re: New Online Bill style Q: XLTV Customer being charged V+ HD Monthly Fee?

The monthly fee for V+HD on XL tv is £0. So you aren't being charged anything - but it has to be there to make the V+HD work

It will have been on the previous bills as well

I also have the V+HD charge on my bill, only thing is I don't have a V+ any more, I have a Tivo and a VHD box, does it have to be there so that HDchannels work on other boxes as well?

If you call tomorrow after 0800 on 150 from a Virginmedia phone line or 0845 454 1111 from any other phone line and press option 5 option 2 and if you forget your password press zero then you will be able to speak to Customer Relations and ask what deal they can offer you..
