muppetman11 cf.mega poster Join Date: Mar 2010 Services: Sky+HD with Sky World + Sky 3D and ESPN , Sky+HD multiroom , Sky Talk , Sky BB unlimited. Posts: 6,269	Billing Question Rang to pay early disconnection fee for BB and cancel phone at same time. Cancellation would be 15th October I've had a bill generated on 15th September for 32.00 to be took out on the 5th October , however on My VM it says we cannot change your DD details at the moment in yellow and upon checking my banking online it would seem the DD has been cancelled by VM. Is this normal practice as I do not wish to incur any late payment fees.
