Package Price Concerns & Old Equipment?

Hi all!

It's not often I get to look into my bills as I'm so busy but today I've had a good look into my bill and I'm just worried Im paying more than I should and that some of my equipment is inferior. So was wondering if you guys could take a look below and let me know please? Really appreciate it!

OK the package is:

Now I have spoken to others online and offline who seem to be getting either the same as me or better, for less?! And most of these people have been customers for just a few years, while I've been a customer since the company was called CableTel.

The other things I'm concerned about is I had the router changed about a year ago as the white Netgear one provided stopped working. They gave me a very small black D-Link router which has always worked, but I can't pick up a WiFi signal all throughout the house like I used to with the Netgear router. I tried explaining this to VM several times chatting to India but they just kept trying to force me to upgrade and pay more to get a better router, ignoring the fact that before the Netgear router broke, I had coverage all throughout the house! What can I do about this?

Also, the additional set top box I'm using is a silver Samsung box connected to a HDTV via scart. I understand now that the standard set top box is HD compatible and uses HDMI, shouldn't my box be upgraded as all new customers paying the same will have this?

Hope I've not typed too much or written this in the wrong section. This is the first time I've really sat down and investigated all this in some time. Any help and advice is greatly appreciated, looking forward to your responses.

Thanks everyone!

From the bundle builder the current cost of the package you describe is £70.50 for a new customer after the first 6 months.

I you want the other box upgraded to HD you may have to pay upto £49.99 to have the HD activated which would also require a change of box.

Can you upgrade the Vbox on a loyalty deal, as if that's possible without losing that, and the £20 offer is still on, then I'm 'avin it.

And Op's package says Loyalty, so at some point, a discount deal must have been done.
