So you're VIP20. You won't get anything off that price, given that VIP is their best deal.

You could move to VIP50 which gives better services for slightly more.

Can anyone here tell me when Virgin Media started their bundle discount scheme. I have had an account since Virgin Media took over NTL and have never been offered a discount. Perhaps there are folks out there who have had a bundle discount since the takeover can tell me how to go about redressing the issue

If you would list your services and give us the amount you pay each month (excluding any phone call charges) then I am sure we can let you know what the correct amount you should be paying is, and point you in the right direction if it is too high.

Technically no as your not on VIP, but VIP is cheaper and you get more

yup, you may as well get on VIP. call thinking of leaving tomorrow during the day, i think their shut now.

150/151 from your VM home phone > option 5 then 2.. they should sort out a good deal for you VIP

Thanks both for that..........I will get on to it. Still would like to know when bundle discount was introduced so I could at least have something solid to say with regard to the length of time as a loyal customer etc etc
