NTL bill wrong AGAIN!!!

NTL bill wrong AGAIN!!!

Why can't ntl get things right. last month I was talking to a bloke on costomer care about my bill and he cut it down by £10, nice I thought.....
untill this months bill came, it used to be about £40. just got this bill and it's bloody £51.59p just got off the phone complaining but they say they can't do anything about it....

I am now looking round fro another company... sod em I've had enough

If what you say happened then voice it to people up top. Seems very strange that someone who said they would cut your bill by 10£ has instead increased it 10£. Call retention

Why dont you ask to speak to a manager as I presume all calls are recorded and that is the case then they can track it down and sort it for you. Can you remember when the call took place?

All calls "may" be recorded for training purposes - not "are".

Because they don't exist They have been Virgin Media for a number of years now.


Have you checked it properly, what ar the charges on the bill. Could it be higher due to phone calls?
