Why can't ntl get things right. last month I was talking to a bloke on costomer care about my bill and he cut it down by £10, nice I thought.....
untill this months bill came, it used to be about £40. just got this bill and it's bloody £51.59p

just got off the phone complaining but they say they can't do anything about it....
I am now looking round fro another company... sod em I've had enough
