Understanding my Bill ( Bangs Head )

My service went live on 16th August 2011.

I signed up for
Phone - M -
TV - XL -
Broadband - XXL

Supposed to get 6months half price?

My summary page shows £45.15 for 6 months and then £69.90 thereafter??? Shouldnt it be £34.95 for 6 months????

I ordered a V+HD box along with a seperate V HD box for bedroom

The V+HD box had a one off fee of £49.95 which i paid on completion of the order.

On "My Bills" i now have the following

Charges since your last bill - £96.33
Made up of

£1.56 phone
£0.00 on demand
£49.95 one off charges................i have already paid this
£45.15 part monthly cost..........should be £34.95?

Confused.....................may have to call India

Doesn't necessarily have to be India if you call now. 150 > billing. If by chance you get through to someone useless call 150 again and press 5

£45.15 for first 6 months

Remember the half price offer is for the core bundle on top of the phone line - the line itself it charged at full price, as are an 'extras' such as the additional STB

Something the OP I don't think realises is that the telephone line charge and any extras are not included in the half price deal.

Also even though you may have made a payment towards any activation charges, they are still charged, otherwise you would be in credit.

Your actual account balance should only be £46.71
