Loyalty Discount

Is the loyalty discount for being loyal to the company or to a package?

---------- Post added at 14:20 ---------- Previous post was at 13:44 ----------

I'm asking because I changed package from broadband/phone to broadband/phone/tv and my loyalty discount was gone from this months bill.

I phoned them about it, the lady said the loyalty discount was because you were loyal to the broadband/phone package.

So now I have to be loyal to the broadband/phone/tv package to get it back?

is there a discount on your bill? also what are you paying for each service? please provide a bit more information so people can look at whether it adds up correctly.

Re: Loyalty Discount

Yes there's a phone/broadband/tv discount(not loyalty) of £11 but the loyalty discount I was getting before was £15. Also a payment handling charge credit of £1.50 has gone from this months bill.

Re: Loyalty Discount

Could you please post the full service charge list of your bill. You could well be entitled to additional discounts but not as loyalty. I say that not knowing what your bills like, please provide more information.

Re: Loyalty Discount

Is that all your advance charges? total £33.90. Pay via direct debit, you could knock off a few quid there and add to your discount.

Truthfully if you like it how it is you might as well get the SuperHub 30meg. Give it a few weeks if you consider it reading up on the new firmware released.

Re: Loyalty Discount

How much is 30MB?

Phoned again, this time the bloke put the payment handling chargee credit back on. Something that the lady earlier said she couldn't(or, more likely, wouldn't) do. These CS people need to be consistent.

Re: Loyalty Discount

The broadband charge will increase but so will your discount, it'll probably work out the same.... ish.
