changing account name

hey guys my partner and i have split up and we were wondering if it would be possible to have the services changed to her name without any disruption to our services. our son is autistic and his routine involves certain tv shows (we are attempting to be very civil so the break up wont be traumatic for him). any help would be greatly greatly appreciated thanks.

You ring up and ask for a Transfer of Responsibility form and they will send one out for you and the charge is £20.

Now if the is an email address on the account this will be disabled and will no longer work as they will receive a new account number with a 12 month contract and a @virginmedia.com email address if required, so call in on 150 from a Virginmedia phone line or 0845 454 1111 from any other phone line and an agent will help you.
