I think I'm paying too much

I am currently paying £57.18 for Phone-L, TV-L, BB-L. I have a V+ box and an additional V box and anonymous caller rejection. AM I right in thinking I'm paying too much? Would using the change your package option on the Virgin website give me as good a deal as calling retentions? If not is there a direct number for retentions?

The current monthly ongoing price for those services is £57.95 after the recent price increase of the landline to £13.90 so your price is not out of line.

Retentions can be contacted through taking the 'leaving option' from phoning 150. They may be able to reduce you charge a little.

You may also consider changing the V+ for a TiVo where you will avoid the V+ £5 charge in favour of the £3 TiVo charge but there is an upfront activation charge for TiVo of £49.95 so not really a significant saving.
