Wrongly billed, how to contact online?

Hi, i've been billed £28.50 for my 30mb internet, but when i upgraded the deal was £5 off for 6 months making my bill £23.50 p/m.

I'm unable to call virgin media, because last time i did it cost me 40p per minute and ended up costing me £9 total. (Don't have a landline, just virgin mobile)

How can i contact them online to fix this issue. thnx

Can't you use a family or relatives land line as that would be easier then doing it online but try this link below.

just a tip for future, on most company websites, scroll way down to the bottom, you will usually find a "contact us" link. If not look for a "site tree" and look around that page.
