VIP50 inc 2 V+HD - am I being charged correctly?

Hi,

I have two V+HD boxes, TV XL with all Sky Sports and Movies inc HD channels, Broadband XXL at 50Mb/s and am being charged as follows:

Your main services: £74.05...

Telephone Line Rental: £12.99
Talk International: £1.75
Talk Mobile: £1.75
Talk Unlimited: £8.00
Phone, TV & Broadband Saving: -£47.94
Free Voicemail: £0.00
TV Size: X L: £26.00
1 Additional V Box: £15.00
V+ HD Monthly Fee: £20.00
Add Set Box(es) Discount: -£8.50
XXL 50Mb Broadband: £45.00
Your premium TV channels: £36.50
Movies4,Movies5,Sports1,Sports2: £29.50
SkypremHD: £7.00

I'm not convinced the correct VIP discounts are being applied?

History wise I've been a long time customer of VM, starting life way back as Nynex, then Cable & Wireless, then NTL, now Virgin Media. I started as VIP when it was introduced, which was with a Samsung 2100 STB. Since then I upgraded to the V+HD, keeping the Samsung. Then swapped the Samsung for a 2nd V+HD upstairs, then upgraded from 20Mb to 50Mb broadband when it was available in my area (Lancing, BN14).

Many thanks for your advice.

Re: VIP50 inc 2 V+HD - am I being charged correctly?

That's the right price for the VIP 50 with two V+HD if taken out before the launch of TiVo

You could swap one of the V+HD boxs for a TiVo and the bundle would drop to £100.55 - going to £101.46 in August

Although be aware the Talk International would be a different version
