VIP 50 with TIVO - overcharged!!

I upgraded my VIP20 to VIP50 with TIVO a month or so ago, and kept the V+ box. I was quoted a price of £100.55 per month, with a discount of £5 for the first six months taking it down to £95.55. I was also told that the only charge I would pay is £149.95 for the TIVO.

My bill has a charge for £30 for BB activation fee, which I am not happy about, but can live with. However, my monthly charge is £116.10, including the £5 discount, and a charge of £2.05 for caller display.

I have just spent a very frustrating half an hour on the phone to VM trying to convince them that the price is wrong, but they are having none of it. They say it is the correct charge, even though it is not what I was quoted. They say I should check my contract, but I was never sent one!!

Could someone confirm that my figure of £100.55 is correct, and let me know how I can prove it to the call centre?!

Remember this rises to £101.46 from 1st August, so including your Caller Display as long as you are on ebill and DD it will be £103.51

Part of the issue may be they are still charging you £10 per month for the V+ which shouldn't be there anymore

That discount seems too low for VIP with 50Mbit. Looks more like the one for 20/30Mbit. I'm just double checking now

The discount is way out. It should be £41.44 for VIP 50 with TiVo

The £3 fee shouldn't be removed - it's discounted by the bundle credit.
