Zero Bill - confused

Just received my June Bill online:

Normal amount £ 102.60 - VIP50 with Tivo + caller display OK

This month = £0.00 yep £0.00
Strange amount as follows:

Service charges Service charges Terms & Conditions
Includes VAT at the appropriate rate(s) -£3.00
Refunds and adjustments -£108.60
Your main services (Provided by Virgin Media Ltd) -£108.60

Goodwill Gesture
26 May -£3.00

Digital Installation Adjustment
27 May -£105.60


Not that I'm complaining - Just very confused
Any ideas?

I think someone has put another peeved customers details and refunds onto your account by mistake..You need to contact VM pronto or you could be in serious trouble financially when they realise their mistake and possibly take the money when it isn't convenient.

Rang CS - apparently there has been a problem with my Broadband ???
Haven't noticed - but have been away on holiday - so the credit is an apology for the disruption - letter to follow.
Nice surprise - Love my Tivo even more when it's free
