A simple question about charges

Hello all,

The only VM services we have are Phone XL and Broadband XL (20Mb)

The 20MB services shows as £37/month on the bill. Does this seem too high?

Do you have any discounts on the bill?

You could phone them up and ask for the free TV service to be installed .. you should get this with the phone line .. even if you don't use it (unless something has changed recently I don't know about?)

I think you would then qualify for a 'bundle' discount?

Also 20mb has been replaced by 30Mb so you could see about the upgrade to that and may get a better bundle offer.
