I have just paid my bill over the phone due to not being able to get on the website to pay. The bill was for £35.50 which the Customer service rep confirmed. When I looked at my bank account it shows that £36.01 was taken and not £35.50. I know its only another 51p but its my 51p and if they do that to every customer then they will make a tidy sum? Not everybody checks their bank statements. Why have they taken more than is owed?
