Virgin media phone summary bill help

On 13 june i made a uk landline phone call same time has the clock 123 but the uk landline has not shown up. any1 know y

I am on the XL Talk Unlimited phone package

they only show chargeable calls, so if you are on talk unlimited you wont see any calls to landlines

But both 9 june are uk landlines and they got charged

UK landline calls will be charged on the xl phone package if you dial 1471 and then press 3 to return the call.

lol I will tell family to stop using the 1471 3 ringback service

but will I b able ring 1471 only to find out who rang but don't use the 3 ringback service and will they still charge

1471 itself is free. So no charge unless you press 3.

I have just found this out today after being on the XL phone package for years. Not impressed this had not been made clearer in the past.

There is a message played when offering the '3' option that it's chargeable

Yeah but I never realised that it was chargeable even though I had all my 01/02 calls included.
