Any Agents Available?
I'm fuming here and got a good reason to be after all the crap I've put up with other the years!!
Since Virgin Media took over Telewest/Blueyonder the customer services and billing has been [Mod Edit]poor and I've had enough now
I have recently tried to speak to an agent via phone but got nobody answering my calls within the UK as all calls were overseas and I've no time for bad communications
So, do we have any available agents???

Re: Any Agents Available???
You should try the 'thinking of leaving us' option. From my experience, they are UK based.

Re: Any Agents Available???
Huh, leaving me?
The 'thinking of leaving us' option gets you to customer relations who, I assume based on previous experience, are in the UK.

I've tried that option like a hundred times before and does nothing for me cos retentions are just as bad as the rest at Virgin Media at cocking up and making false promises, getting sick of it now dealing with idiots who have made my life hell since February 2011...when I had issues previously before when it was Telewest or Blueyonder then my dealings with them was a whole lot easier cos they never lied too me and treated me so much better!
Sorry if I sounded a bit bombastic with you then Knack (y)
I'm just fed up and want it too stop...

Why can't all the idiots who work at Virgin Media leave instead?

You posted nothing that anyone could answer then and bad mouthed everyone so what do you expect as we cannot take account details due to DPA but we can offer general advice.

Re: Any Agents Available?
One should point out that the company is NTL/Telewest and that the name Virgin Media is just a trading name for which they pay Virgin to use.
Have you tried the Virgin Media forums? If you post some thing about your problems you should get a response from there and also from here. You wont get help otherwise.
P.S I do not work for Virgin Media and never have.

Re: Any Agents Available?
Why don't you try posting with what your issues are rather than just being rude and getting angry?
Then we might be able to try and help you.
Also as posted above the company is still NTL/Telewest. Virgin Media is the trading name of the company now.

I suppose you have tried calling around 8 AM?I find that is the time I usually find an agent based in the UK is available.

Well for a start I'm just telling the truth about the customer services & billing department that they're all a bunch of idiots & liars!
Right, here's my story in short!
Since re-joining Virgins TV services back in Feb 2011 I've had nothing but trouble and its only recently that I had a Senior Technician who did a repull at my property...because of the ongoing faults with the TV I cancelled my XL package and downgraded to basic TV.
After the repull I decided to go back to XL TV and was told I wouldn't be charged extra, last night I received my bill via email and instead off it saying £70 (rough guess) they've billed me for £155...now why is that? I downgraded cos of faults that have lasted nearly 10 years which is a complete joke but when my faults with the TV started with Telewest/Blueyonder at least they gave me the whole TV package for free and without any hassle!

Re: Any Agents Available?
I can assure you that no matter which companies customer service agents you call with an attitude like that you will not be helping your situation.
If you feel that strongly then leave as moaning about it on a forum and calling the staff names will not help apart from making you out to be what you're calling the VM CS
