Still charged for V Box extra after getting Tivo

Just wondered about my bill as originally I thought when getting a V+ box the cost of keeping V box was Â£5 a month. This seems to have risen to Â£6.50 (Â£15 a month with Â£8.50 discount)

Now have a 500 Tivo at Â£3 a month all OK instead of the V Box

However took back the V box and still charged the same as above.

Bemused to say the least

Perhaps I worded this all wrong as no answers.

So I XL TV with a V+ box. I kept the V Box for what was Â£5 a month at the time I think.

Now I have a 500 Tivo which replaced the V Box and is Â£3 a month and OK.

Billing now say that as I have a 2nd box (Tivo and V+) there is a charge of Â£6.50 a month plus the Â£3.

Is this right?. Not moaning but very confused.

Do you have 2 boxes? If so that's probably right, however if you swapped your V+ for Tivo and only have 1 boxe then it's wrong.

did you have 2 boxes and swap the standard one for tivo or did you only have 1 box(V+) and get the tivo as an extra box?

Had 2 boxes a V+ and standard V and swopped the standard V for the Tivo.

So now have Tivo and V+ with monthly fees of Â£6.50 and Â£3

yeah in that case your paying the right amount, they have an offer on just now for tivo so you can keep your current box as an extra box if you take tivo but as you already had two boxes you wouldnt have qualified for it

Cheers, sods law once more for me. However bonus was they said a new 12 month contract hadn't been put in place so many moons with NTL and Virgin can still be finished if need be but happy as it is. They did suggest going to 2mb Broadband and save Â£2.99 a month but just more confusion.
