What's happened to my billing? (refunds out of nowhere)

Very odd things going on with my billing the past 2 months

previously i was paying £119pm XL TV, phone and sky sports XXL BB

then suddenly last month i got

Partial Months Service

14 May - 11 June -£24.11

not a clue where it came from but assumed they messed up and i'd end up paying more the month after.

Just checked my latest bill, and now only have i had that £24.11 taken off my new bill, i also have this on it

Phone, TV & Broadband Saving
12 June - 11 July -£24.94

so why have i had a refund last month, and why am i suddenly saving £24.94 and only paying around £90 a month, where as i've been paying £119 the 13 months before hand

I don't know but I hope someone comes along who can tell us because I'd certainly be interested in why a firm would start handing out refunds.

I'll be wanting one too.

Well the partial months service refund is because they added that discount on the 14th May, so is slightly less than the month to the 11th June

Why it's been added on I don't know. Usually they let you know - so only way you'll find out is by phoning them
