No e.bills
Hello all, i am new here, this is my first post,
i wonder can anyone help me.
i,m unable to access my e.billing details,
the last e.bill i received from virgin was
in march, so i am in the dark as to how much
my last bills were. Anyone having the same problem.

What url are useing?
Try http://my.virginmedia.com/home/index which takes you the ebilling login screen.

You will need to call technical support on 151 from a Virginmedia phone line or 0845 454 1111 from any other phone and they will help you sort out this issue.

Thank you both for your replies
i have tried signing into virgin media
but have failed repeatedly, i cant remember my password
from when i started my account, therefore it wont let me log in
it asks how much my last bill was, i don,t know because i
haven,t received my e.bill, i rang them up, was told to reregister
go through the whole procedure again, but can,t answer the questions
because, i can,t access my account. Any further help would be much appreciated.

check your bank statement?
only other way would be to contact Customer Service
