retentions deal contract shows wrong amount

I recently got a retentions deal where the two separate accounts at our house (phone + bb) were combined into one and the agreed price for the broadband was £13.50, but I got a new contract in the post that says it's £20.95 a month. Is this a standard letter/contract the system spits out? Do I just sign this and hope they apply the discount? I noticed that they've already set up the new account online and the discount is there. I was thinking about not signing/returning the new contract.

DON'T sign it if its the wrong amount, even if you ring up and they say "sign it anyway", because if they suddenly bump you up to full price, you have no feet to stand on if that is the price you have signed for

I'm not going to sign it. The online bill looks okay and it shows this month and month in advance (no wonder Branson is rich). All the discounts I asked for from retentions have been applied. I think the contracts they sent me are screwed up as one includes OAP line rental discount. AFAIK that's been dropped (Branson strikes again).

Tell me about it, as soon as I hear "you are through to Wurgin Media" I bang the phone down. Don't get me wrong, I went to university and lots of Indians were in my class and they were the nicest people, but when I am trying to sort my bill, I want to hear a UK voice.
