virgin ebilling gotcha!
I have broadband in my name and my mother has the phone in her name, both with virgin, so 2 separate accounts.
Before all the changes to the "my virgin media" website, I was able to view both ebills using my email addresses. I just registered my mother's ebilling using one of my email addresses. But now I can only view my own bill because "update profile" won't let me add the email address associated with my mother's bill. And even if it did, it wouldn't let me view the bill because it's only the primary email address that can view bills.
How can I view my mother's ebill again?

After 2 hours of messing around with this (for want of a more appropriate expression) I found the answer. I just used a non-virgin email address for my mother's bill and all is working fine.
