6 months deal.
My girlfriend order a VM package before the deal expired at the end of March, she order XXL broadband, XL TV and M phone with a V+ box.
Order was confirmed, they arranged an engineer for this Wednesday between 10am-2pm but then got in touch with her as they couldn't find the address on their systems.
She got in touch today to rectify the address issue, and was told that the order would have to be placed again. In doing so, she has now lost the 6 month deal.
Is it at all possible to fight this? As she placed the order well before the cut off period, but has now seemingly been screwed over.
