Virgin Messing me about...
Hi All
To begin with I am currently on XL (30) broadband, I rang on the 4th Feb to enquire why I am being charged £37 per month when new customers can get it for £28.50, the operator at the time said he would upgrade me to the 30mb and lower my price to the £28.50 + paper bill charge.
Bill came through days after I called up still being charged £37, I thought it might take a month to come into effect, next bill comes in with the £30 activation fee and still being charged £37 per month.
So on the 17th March I called up Virgin again to enquire and they said they would listen to my call from the 4th Feb and he would call me back in a week. To be fair he did call back to tell me that my call from February wasnt one of the calls recorded and that there was a £68 credit on my account, which he or I have no idea what that is for. He also told me to keep an eye on my bills. I checked my account on the VM website and theres no mention of a credit on my account.
Any ideas of what I can do next because I really dont think its fair to be paying nearly £10 more a month than what I should be.
