I think I'm being overcharged, need help!!!

Can anyone in the know help out as I don't have an additional box it was swapped out for the telewest tvdrive, I have now back in 2007. Would I be able to claim back any overpayment made for the non existant additional box or I'm I on to plum as vip was a package. Any assistance would be great as every penny is a prisoner at the moment. lol

So for 4 years you never checked your bills and realised that the VIP bundle included an extra STB?

I doubt very much that you would get anywhere with your request for a refund

Thanks Ben, I thought as much, for best part always been happy with the VIP package, but due to a recent change in personnel circumstances I've had to trim from fat from the outgoings. Thanks again
