Looking at downgrading

Thinking I could do with saving some money.
Currently on VIP20 (well 30) and thinking of ditching the following

Phone line
Movies
Second box

Which would leave me with V+, XL TV and 30mb broadband.

Any idea how much that would come in at, can't seem to find a price for that on the site.

Re: Looking at downgrading

The bundle builder says that what you want will be £58pm, add M phone package onto it and it comes down to £56pm.

Re: Looking at downgrading

Of course, if you are on VIP30, you are likely to be in a minimum contract period and UNABLE to downgrade.

Re: Looking at downgrading

According to the contract I have here the only lock in is for broadband, the TV and phone both say no change next to the lock in period.

Re: Looking at downgrading

Like the OP, I too started to look at options to save some money, I've been a VIP 20 since launch back in 2007. I have been veiwing my bill online and it is broken down like this.

Telephone Line Rental 23 March - 22 April £12.24
Talk International 23 March - 22 April £1.50
Talk Unlimited 23 March - 22 April £8.00
Talk Mobile 23 March - 22 April £1.50
T V Size: X L 23 March - 22 April £25.00
1 Additional V Box 23 March - 22 April £15.00
V+ HD Box 23 March - 22 April £10.00

Add Set Box(es) Discount 23 March - 22 April £-9.40
Phone,T V & B B Saving 23 March - 22 April £-34.95
Broadband XL(20) 23 March - 22 April £37.00

Skymovie 2,SkyMovie 1,Sports 1, 23 March - 22 April £29.50
Sports 2 £0.00

Can anyone in the know help out as I don't have an additional box it was swapped out for the telewest tvdrive, I have now back in 2007. Would I be able to claim back any overpayment made for the non existant additional box or I'm I on to plum as vip was a package. Any assistance would be great as every penny is a prisoner at the moment. lol

Re: Looking at downgrading

You've posted that message as new thread here http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/34...rged-need.html

To save confusion its probably better if any discussion is kept to one thread, and that one is probably better
