Customer Relations Sheffield

Thought I'd take the time to compliment a decent VM operator called Mick Watkinson-Uttley in CR Sheffield.

I had a nightmare phone conversation with someone in billing and the guy basically just put the phone down on me half way through my sentence.
I was fuming and rashly decided if that's what they thought of their customers I was off.

Within 5 minutes of talking to Mick my problem was solved and the parts I didn't understand about my bill were explained to my satisfaction and I've got a feeling he's gonna go after the rude guy I spoke to previously.

So there are some decent operators hidden away... And I thought it only right that the guy deserved a mention as so many times VM operators don't get praised.

Regards.

Re: Customer Relations Sheffield

Have to say my experience with customer relations has always been good - most of my problems end up there as other the departments seem to be universally incompetent, but customer relations go out of their way to help me on whatever problem it is I'm having every time.

Still, it might be worth forwarding your comment onto VM directly, or via their official forums, as this is a community forum, not run by VM.
