Cheapest broadband, TV & second box package?

As of April I'll have been with Virgin for a year paying £48 per month for 20meg Broadband, XL TV & a second box. Unfortunately the flat I'm renting doesn't have an aerial or Sky dish otherwise I'd have gone for Freeview/Sky and just Virgin Broadband (no BT line installed here) however I was willing to pay to see what having a lot of channels would be like. It turns out it was a waste of time- 95% of what I watch is on a free to air channel so I've decided I'd like to reduce my package to the lowest price 'M' TV package. While I need broadband I never do any heavy downloading so 10meg would be fine for me, this coupled with the fact that I may lose my job in the near future means that I want to be on the lowest price package possible. I'm not interested in a phone line or the V+ feature, which I think is almost made obsolete by the excellence of Catch-Up TV.

The website doesn't let me downgrade so I wondered if anybody here was on or had heard of a suitable low priced bundle?

Hi mate
I can't answer your question entirely but a suggestion if you're really short for cash would be to call Customer Services / Retensions and tell them you're thinking of leaving but would like to hear what price they could give you for JUST 10mb Broadband service, get the best price you can then weigh up options/prices of other ISP's in your area.
Then for your TV viewing use a site such as CatchUpTV to stream freeview to your PC (+ regular tv if you can set that up with a tv-out graphics card or other ways) then your saving a bunch.
Just a suggestion, i know it's not exactly what you were asking but until somebody else replies that's my 2 pence
