Just cancelled

hello,

Ive just cancelled my VIP 20 package with virgin (due to money problems) and we are going down the freeview route and pay as you go internet.

Anyway the woman i spoke to said that i will have a £107 credit on my next bill does this mean that my subs are paid up for the coming month?

My current bill is for £118 surly wouldnt it be better just to ammend the bill so i pay £11 out standing?

I questioned a similar discrepancy I found, where I cancelled the phone service

The bill arrives in advance and you pay this
The next bill arrives and has a credit, you then get the overpayment back on that next bill
