Re: cancelling TV

A new customer would pay £31.49 after 6 months so I would expect him to pay that.

Just goto http://shop.virginmedia.com/ and build the bundle.

Re: cancelling TV

It will also depend on what existing discounts he is receiving and how long the contract has to go.
You'll need to provide a little more information.

He is currently on XL everything paying full but wants to drop TV and keep XL BB but move to M phone if that's possible.

Re: cancelling TV

It should be possible but he would be best calling in for the best price to be honest and they will tailor it to his requirements.

Re: cancelling TV

I get BB XL (30MB), Phone M, TV M, and I pay around £31 (£41 after call costs are added) a month for the privilege (can't remember the exact price. However the price does include a bundle discount.

So yes, its possible to get BB XL, Phone M, TV M, the only question is, would he end up losing his bundle discounts and possibly end up paying more.
