Re: does my bill look ok ?

i think virgin make the bills as confusing as possible on purpose, they dont like to tell u what your paying for a service they always add and deduct random figures.

i pretty much hate VM and if it wasnt for the bb id be gone

Re: does my bill look ok ?

I agree the bills are way over complex.

Why have a high base price for BB that noone pays? my bill every month since I ordered shows a broadband price nothing like what I got sold and I have a discount applied to it.

Re: does my bill look ok ?

£113.75 a month (my godness me! you must be madness!) waste of money to be honest. Sky is lots cheaper than that. I got my skyworld with HD at half price for 6 months paying just £31.13 a month for 6 months.

Not a lot cheaper at all. Remember that £113 is for TV, Phone and BB. Note that he has all the Sky Sports and Movies and in HD as well, along with 100MB BB and a 2nd STB.

Looks correct to me for what you have got and all the discounts seem to be there too.

Re: does my bill look ok ?

I pay £31.13 for skyworld with HD (that including all HD movies and HD sports) plus virgin media 30 meg stand alone broadband £28.50 without phone line. No phone line in my house. Don't need it. Use my unlimited mobile calls instead.

Totally £59.63 for broadband and skyworld HD (I don't need 50 Meg or 100 Meg no point as 30 Meg is fast enough for household)

Haha, and yet you have upgraded and downgraded so many times.

You said that Sky offer was half price though so when it goes back up it won't be that cheap at all.

Re: does my bill look ok ?

Not if you are still under a 12 month contract you can't.

Re: does my bill look ok ?

Usually if you change your service or take an offer you are tied to a new contract!
