Hi,

Can anyone give me any details of the latest package deals that VM do for Unlimited for Broadband & Phone please ??

Just I've checked the web site and it doesnt give anything for the custom package - just asking me to put all the details in and its not for me but my brother.

He's looking at changing as he's paying quite a lot for what he's getting - as one person said "paying the sort of money you'd get for 30MB broadband and phone", but he's only on 10MB.

He has tried to post a message to Virgin on their offical board but he was told to call up on 150 which he did and was told that he was getting the best deal - which I can't understand.

His package price is:

Phone rental: £12.24
Talk Unlimited: £8.00
Phone and BB Loyalty Discount: -£18.00
Handling charge: £5.00
10MB Broadband: £25.25

Total: £32.49

Any help would be grateful for any advice.

The website shows a price of £34.49 for your bundle for which you are paying £27.49 ( plus £5 for not using direct debit) so Virgin are correct in that he's getting a good deal.

To check this just pretend you are a new customer and build your package.
