Missing Bill
Hi,
I have just logged into ebilling to view my latest bill and it is still showing last month. I have not had an email which I usuallyy receive about the 12th of the month. If I look at my current bill it shows the 12/7 bill and there is no payment showing although I made the payment by direct debit on 30/7.
I have phone customer services he said it will be there in 7 days. Does this sound right? I will have already paid it by then. Just want to make sure that there is not a problem with my billing.
