been with ntl then vm since the start been thinking of changing my package for a while now but have read some real horror stories from the forums on customer services at the moment i pay the following

phone,bband L & TVM saving -£10.00
TV Size M £0
broadband size L £25
paper bill charge £1.25
total £28.24
on top is usually £15-£20 for phone calls
any ideas nice people on costs would be welcome
faster b/band might be cool
