Ordered Sky Sports HD - Charged twice!!

My bill arrived today, and wondered why it was quite higher than usual.

Dont know if this happens with everyone. But I ordered Sky Sports HD on August 2nd and obviously that costs £7.00 a month. That was on my bill.

And they have also charged me an extra £7.23 on top of that too.

So for the first months Sky Sports Hd coverage I have to pay £14.23 on top of £20.50 at the moment.

So for the first month of Sky Sports channels I payed £34.73 FOR 6 CHANNELS

uNREAL. I hope that this is just a one off.

£7 per box, how many boxes recieve the channels, also does it have the dates next to it, it may be a pre-payment fo the comming month

Yes it will be. The charge will be for just over two months by the looks of it

What are the dates next to the two amounts?

I guess it is two months and one day, judging by the second amount being roughly a thirtieth of £7 more than £7.

I guess it depends where in the billing cycle the change is made.
