Unless you have a valid email account registered on your account then you will not receive any email telling you about such changes.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the is one listed on your account for such purposes.

V1 is now going to be called channel 1 which is going to cost ££ in order have advertisments changed.

As for channels I'm talking about repeats of repeats

Mine went down by £4 actually! But then again staff never got the £1 exiling discount

Now that would be expensive.

Oh I could not resist.

As the channel now belongs to SKY then any costs incurred changing the name are down to them.

Nothing to do with VM, Sky now owns that channel

Do you currently recieve this discount? It only affects customers that have been on E-billing for a few years.

It's not about choosing not to, some people on very low wages can't do direct debit as they can't guarantee they will have they money in their account at the time Virgin want to take it out, what happens is the money gets taken out and then their bank charges them £20 for not having the money there, thus making them worse off , i can't stand people that think that because they have money in their account all the time that it mean everyone else must do, wake up ffs

Considering you can change the date of Direct Debit, I don't accept that all.

Even then, if you can't keep the money for the bill to one side and not spend it, then maybe you can't really afford the services in the first place!

well I do not accept the fact that you do not accept that at all. Unless of course you expect someone to change the dates every month so it can fit in with their circumstances.

I tell you something some people walk around with rose coloured specs on. Maybe they have never known what it is like to struggle maybe they have always had a job and a regular wage. Perhaps a customer relies on the phone because they are frail or insecure? perhaps that customer is on a low income or a pension and relies on others for support. There will be plenty of occassions where DD is not suitable

I for example do not pay by DD because I do not trust VM not to make a balls up of it

That was below the belt and out of order - Prices for associates also go up - yep they get a discount, but what do you expect, they work for them.
