Agreed, . D/M. Could you check this please. upgraded my TV Package from L to XL, broadband M/ to L Package, and phone to talk unlimited, on the 20TH of this month, was told that I would recieve new Hub/ router, although I have my own router, it is best to have Virgin one, "ie best for my system, best regards Snowey....

Totally up to you... if you are happy with the one you've got, then carry on using it.

If you want to use your own router the n all you do is logon to the hub using 192.168.0.1 username is admin and password is changeme, then go to advanced settings and switch radio to off.
