Absolute farse of a bill

I changed package a few weeks ago and received the bill today. Here's the 'supposed' charges for each thing after I take away the 'discounts' listed.

Sky Sports & Movies -50p (Charged £27.50 then -£28.00)
Sky Premium HD £12.83 (Charged both partial month and full month)
Broadband XL £37.50 (Overcharge)

Then for the self installation of second V+HD box:

V+HD Box Set Up Cost £49 (Quoted £46 for the box)
V+HD Box Set Up Cost £75 (Only had one box installed so phantom charge)

I heard they're redoing this soon but for christ sakes.

Re: Absolute farse of a bill

Why are you taking off the discounts? They are part of your price.

For instance any price quoted by Virgin for broadband will include a discount - take it off and of course you will think you are overcharged!

Also the price for the Sky Premium HD will likely be for more than a month - it will be from the date you ordered it through to th end of the next bill

Only thing you've listed there that looks wrong is the V+HD fees

Re: Absolute farse of a bill

I'm taking off the discounts because everything else listed is the correct price and the discounts are just for that item, I understand about the Sky HD though as one would be an advance charge.

Re: Absolute farse of a bill

If you can post the full charges part from your bill (part month and advance) then should be able to identify what exactly the overcharge is
