Can't access online billing

Got my VIP50 install done on 12th August. Tried checking my bill online and get the following error message

Server Error

wbii001 Bad Request Error

This error indicates that an invalid request was received.

Hoping it's just a case of it being too soon after a new install. I can access the bill summary but that obviously is just that and only states an amount.

Thanks in advance

Re: Can't access online billing

This happened to me a few times. I could log in on my laptop but not my desktop and they were sitting next to one another. Figured it out in the end, run ccleaner to clear stuff off and log in again.

Re: Can't access online billing

you're a star. Looks like it didn't like Google Chrome. Tried with IE8 and it worked fine. A bit miffed that they've charged me £1.25 for a paper bill considering it's my first one :-( other than that it looks fine.

update

used ccleaner and now Google Chrome has access too.

Thanks again
