Can anyone help explain my bill?
Can anyone help explain my bill?
11.99 Line rental
-9.50 Phone, TV & BB Bundle Saving
0.00 Talk Weekends
24.50 TV Size XL
15.00 V+ HD Box
0.00 ADD V Box Upgrade
37.00 Broadband Size XL
-12.00 BB XL for price of BB L Bundle
1.25 Paper Bill Charge
Firstly, 37 - 12 = 25, which is more than BB XL! It seems like BB XXL is only £3 more, or would I lose another discount somewhere else?
Secondly what's the £15 V+ charge, I thought it was part of the XL package. If I call in to get this changed, will it commit me to a contract, perhaps preventing me from upgrading to Tivo when it's out?
I just had a look at the bundle calculator, and it seems like I'm paying WAY too much! Any advice?
Thanks!

Call Customer Care to get the V+ charge removed.. they may ask for a conversion fee to do this, but I'm guessing you've been paying £15 for a while? In that case they may waive that and make it FOC.
Ask them about XXL pricing too as I'm sure you will still get a bundle discount

They said BB XL was still £37, and BB XXL £45. That's not what the website says.

-12.00 BB XL for price of BB L Bundle is correct. BBXL is £37 and BBL is £25.

Re: Can anyone help explain my bill?
I have had this kind of conversation with customer services. They claim the prices on the net are individual product prices and bundle prices differ. So if you were only after 1 product TV,BB etc. you would get it at the web price. Once you start bundling stuff, they create a parallel universe and pluck prices and discounts out of the air.
Not complaining as I have always done well with them.
