Claiming money back for loss of services

Hi guys,

Could you tell me is it worth putting in a claim to VM for loss of services from 5am to 18:45 as in Leeds LS12 area we haven't had any phone, TV or broadband services due to a fault.

Cheers

Work out you bill for the month, Then divide it by the days in this month, then work out the hours in a day you were off line and that should be what you get in compensation if they offer you any.
