I am on the VIP Pack and am looking at Downgrading it bit have only had the VIP Pack about 3 Months and would like to know if i can do it or do i have to wait till the 12 Months are up?
I am looking at Knocking the Movie and Sport channels off as dont watch much of them and also lower the phone as well.

Yeah, you can lower your package, call 150 and speak to Customer Care about your options... you may lose discounts, but they will advise you. HTH
