Billing for V+ fitting when

Hi,

I am thinking about phoning up this week and ordering a V+ box.
Which is £75 now when will this be charged will it be:

1. Added to the next bill (April).

2. Added to the current bill (March) which was generated on the 2nd or 3rd and due on the 19th of this month.

3. Charged before they come and fit it.

Which one do you think it will be?

It will be charged to the account when the install is completed and will show on the first bill after that.

Although if you have a Credit Limit you should make the payment before it's charged to the account as it usually ends up causing the account to go over the Credit Limit

So it will be on April as we just got the bill today for March?
How can I find out if there is a credit limit on the account?

Yes it will be April bill - or may even May if the V+ install is after the date of the April bill

Customer Services can tell you if you have a Credit Limit

Have ordered the V+ @ £75 going to be fitted on the 22nd between 1-6.
