Am I paying too much?

I've been with Virgin for a few years now and to be honest havn't really been keeping track of all of their offers. It seems to be a bit of a minefield of discounts and retention deals. I currently pay £24 per month for what is, I gather, probably one of Virgins most basic packages. That is:

Broadband Size: L + Pnone: M

Telephone Line Rental 22 March - 21 April £11.00
Phone & Broadband L Discount 22 March - 21 April £-11.00
Broadband Size: L 22 March - 21 April £25.00

The only discount mentioned is a £1.00 saving, for ebilling, which brings the cost down to £24. Looking at other packages I just get the feeling that I am paying too much. Am I correct in this assumption and is there anything I can do about getting my bills reduced?
