Well yes it is expensive, seeing as the customer won't actually own the box, can't 'legally' upgrade the HDD inside it and can't sell it if they were to cancel service after 12 months

Outside (and inside) of the 12 months they also get free tech call outs, free repairs and free replacements if need be, provided they never done the damage. Fair comprimise I think
