Yep, gonna be all across the board soon.
Its actually just one reporting line in Teeside that are not using retention deals anymore and at the moment its just a trial to see how it affects save rates.

Yup not having a massive impact. I can see all new deals being stopped and then gradually increasing the prices of the current deals every 3 months untill they are at the standard pricing.
