Doesn't affect this customers account though.

If you disconnect/downgrade any part of your package your remaining services will revert to standard rate. So £29 would be correct.

Re: Removing TV from my package

I've just spoken to customer services about doing exactly this and they've quoted me £21 for M BB and M phone line. New customers get it for £15.50......

Re: Removing TV from my package

Yeah you can get it for £21, which would be a new 12 month contract. If you pay £29 it isn't

And the price goes to £21 for new customers after the first year as well

New customers do get it slightly cheaper. But they can't have the free tv with that deal...

You will see a difference in new/existing customer offers regardless of what company you are with.

But I don't want the free tv anymore, I just want BB and phone! Something Sky will give me for £10. Unfortunately we don't have a BT line connected to the house, so i'm stuck............

In my experience if you argue long enough you do get the new customer deals

Its possible that you will get it...its not something you should hold your breath over, though, because you're not entitled that particular deal...

Sky broadband for a tenner?
plus BT line rental for £10.50.... £20.50???

Take ebilling with Virgin and you'll pay less to Virgin on the 2for21 deal...(£20)
