E-Billing - How about not being billed!

Hi

Since I signed up to ebilling in March my bills have been up to spout, I got both a paper bill and ebill in april, but I had to login to find the ebill as nothing was emailed to me (which i thought it would be). I have paid the march bill off, then on the 25 april paid the april bill. Thinking these would have cleared my account I was shocked when I got a message from VM accounts about my "overdue account". Waiting patiently for my next bill (due 4th may) to see if I did owe anything, nothing has arrived by post or email. I've finally got back into my ebilling account tonight after locking myself out to see according to there system I owe £55, then phoned the billing payment line to find I'm actually in credit to the tune of £11, but still no bill for May...

Has anyone else had these problems????

Thanks

Phil

Re: E-Billing - How about not being billed!

The reason you would have got a paper bill (for broadband) as well as an e-bill (for TV and phone) is that the e-bill is for the VM billing system only. The broadband was billed on the ntl one. Two seperate amounts, two seperate due dates.

The bills were combined at end of April so this month you will just one e-bill. However due to the system changes the bills have been delayed so the bill you should have got dated the 4th, you will probably get this week
