Re: 50p disc on E-Billing?

duno mate iv never used E-Billing although someone (at Telewest/VM) put me onto E-Billing without me knowing & then they had the cheek to say that they'd been sending me bills every month when they hadnt as i was (unknowingly) on E-Billing & that the post office must have my mail (which they didnt as i checked).

I haven't been getting it either. I believe this may be common to ALL people who were on ebilling BEFORE there was a discount.

The discount was announced in November, I think, and was promised to be applied to all existing ebilling customers at that time automatically. This did not happen for me.

I have discussed it with them and they say they have now fixed mine but I can't confirm this as I haven't had a new bill since.
